The fleet leasing service is generally offered for a minimum period of one month. Depending on your company’s needs, mid-term and long-term leasing options are also available, providing flexibility and cost advantages.

You can apply for fleet leasing by filling out the request form on our website. Basic company information and authorized contact details are sufficient to submit your application. If needed, our team will contact you to complete the process.

Fleet leasing includes a wide range of vehicles such as passenger cars, SUVs, and commercial vehicles. Different models and segments are available to meet your company’s operational needs and budget.

You can pick up / drop off from our nearest branch or head office.

You can complete your car reservation with our online reservation option and pay at our offices.

Important note :

Remember to have your registered credit card and valid driver's license with you when you come to our offices.

Driver's License & Age Limits;
For CDMR, IDMR, IWMR groups minimum age is 25 and all renters must have valid Turkish or International driving licenses for at least 3 years. 
For SDMR, SDAR, FDMR, FDAR, SWMR groups minimum age is 27 and all renters must have valid Turkish or International driving licenses for at least 5 years. 
For VIP group minimum age is 30 and all renters must have valid Turkish or International driving licenses for at least 7 years.

Rental Period;
Calculated over a 24-hour period.

Additional Driver;
For an additional driver to use the car, his/her driver's license information must be registered while the contract has been signed. Otherwise, all automobile insurances will be invalid and the registered driver will be responsible for all damages. Only one person can be registered as an additional driver.

Delivery & Return;
Delivery and return service within the city limits is available in working hours. A Fee will be applied for delivery and return to the places where there is no office of our company or our service partners.  Please contact us for service fees and other details.

Delayed Return;
In the case of delay in car return for 3 hours or more one day rental rate will be charged.

Insurance;
All vehicles are secured by two separate insurances. KTK COMPULSORY FINANCIAL LIABILITY (TRAFFIC) INSURANCE that is required by the government and FULL INSURANCE (CDW) eliminate the responsibility of the renter against all accidents. Full Insurance (CDW)  and Theft Protection (TP) is included in our prices .           
Important: In case of accident the vehicle must not be moved from the accident place and an accident and alcohol report must be obtained. By calling the phone numbers given by us, you may get further information about the processes. Accident report must be delivered to us within 48 hours for the validity of insurance.

Traffic Fines;
All fines resulting from traffic violations in the rental period belongs to the renter.

Reservations;
Reservations can be booked online by filling out the request form. Your request will be responded within 24 hours.

Cancellation of Reservations;
Any cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the date of delivery. Unnotified cancellations will be accepted as "No Show" and 1-day price will be charged from the credit card.

Payment;
The amount can be paid upon delivery of the car by cash or credit card (Amex, Visa or Master)

Deposit ;
An empty credit card slip will be taken as deposit (for extras such as fuel surcharge, extensions)with the contract and will be returned at the end of the rental.

Other Services;

When booking is made, the rental conditions mentioned above are automatically deemed as accepted. 

Accommodation and food and beverage expenses of the driver in out-of-town trips belong to the renter.
