Beginning his journey at an early age in Gümüşhane, our founder broadened his entrepreneurial vision through commercial experiences in Baghdad (Iraq), Aydın, and Kocaeli, ultimately stepping into the Rent a Car sector in Istanbul in 2000 under the brand name Castle Rent a Car. Driven by strong family solidarity, dedication, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a customer-first philosophy, Castle Rent a Car rapidly earned a leading position in the industry founded on reliability, premium quality, and integrity.
Our Family Roots
Our heritage traces back to 1867 from Maraş to Adana, and subsequently in 1890 from Adana to the Tonya district of Trabzon. Throughout both the pre- and post-Republic eras, members of our family resided across Trabzon Maçka (Livera), Gümüşhane Dölek Village, Erzincan Vaskit Village, Sivas Akıncılar, Aydın Nazilli, Kocaeli Gebze, and various regions of Istanbul, enriching the commercial and social landscapes of each community. Over time, family members established roots across Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, building a lasting legacy through their work ethic, business acumen, and positive social impact. This enduring heritage serves as the cornerstone of the trust, stability, and sustainable success behind the Castle brand today.
