Our desk is on the arrivals level, next to the other car rental desks. After completing the paperwork, you collect your car from our handover office in the car park; returns are made to the same point.
Don't worry, our office is open 24/7. Just let us know about the delay in advance and we will arrange your car for the new arrival time. If we are not informed, the booking may be cancelled 2 hours after the pick-up time.
Yes. Our Istanbul Airport, Bakirkoy Airport Mall and Istoc offices are on the European side. You can choose a different return office when booking; any extra charge is shown on the booking screen.
